调节池
敞口式钢筋混凝土结构,1座,尺寸30.0m×30.0m×3.5m,调节池容积为3000m³,停留时间为12h。调节池设曝气穿孔管,起到增氧和搅拌的作用。
一级提升泵
选用 4PW型卧式离心废水泵4台,2用2备。单台流量120m³/h,扬程12m,电机功率7.5kW。一级提升泵、二次提升泵及反洗泵全部置于泵房内,泵房采用地下式钢混结构,地上为配电室和操作间。
初沉池 幅流式沉淀池1座,池体采用圆形地上式钢筋混凝土结构,尺寸φ20.0m×3.8m,表面负荷0.67m³/(㎡•h),内设中心传动式刮泥机。
氧化池
钢筋混凝土结构,2座串联,设计水量210m³/h,总停留时间为47h。每座推流式曝气池由三个廊道组成,每一段体积为1632m³,停留时间为7.8h,尺寸为48.0m×8.5m×4.7m。污泥浓度2.0~2.5kg/m³,容积负荷0.31kgBOD/(m³•d)、污泥负荷0.2~0.24kgBOD/(kgMLSS•d).
二沉池
钢筋混凝土结构圆形幅流式沉淀池1座,设计水量为210m³/h,尺寸φ20.0m×4.3m。表面负荷0.67m³/(㎡•h),有效容积为270m³,停留时间为3h,加缓冲区体积及污泥斗体积其总体积为942m³。池中设中心传动刮泥机1台。
工程评析
